Unfortunately, not everything always goes according to plan. Our cancellation insurance means you are financially covered. Should you arrive late or fail to arrive or cancel your booked hotel stay early, cancellation fees may be charged. For a worry-free experience in such situations, we recommend you take out this travel insurance. If the insurance is not taken out at the same time as the room reservation, the insurance cover for travel cancellation coverage only starts on the 10th day after the insurance is taken out (except for accident, death or force majeure).

General cancellation policy:

• Cancellation is free up to 20 days before the start of your holiday, and any deposit you have already paid will be refunded to you using the same payment method.
• For cancellations made 19 to 10 days before your holiday, the deposit will be retained as a processing fee.
• For cancellations made 9 to 4 days before your holiday, 75% of the stay will be charged as a cancellation fee.
• From 3 days onwards, in case of late arrival or early departure, we will charge 100% of the stay as a cancellation fee.
• In order to avoid cancellation costs, we recommend taking out our travel cancellation coverage.

You are welcome to pay by cash (until Euro 4,999.99 ) or credit card (Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard).

The Half-Board PLUS consists of: healthy breakfast buffet with quality products from South Tyrol and freshly prepared egg dishes. Every afternoon, South Tyrolean apple strudel and oven-fresh cakes from the hotel’s own patisserie. In the evening, 5-course menu with salad buffet and crudités, creative dishes from Alpine and Mediterranean cuisine. Indulge in some mouthwatering à la carte dining at our restaurant from 12 noon until 1:30 pm to satisfy your midday hunger.

We are happy to prepare gluten- and lactose-free dishes for you. In order to streamline the process, we kindly request that you inform us ahead of your arrival.

Our hotel is located right on the slopes and next to the ski lift (50m walk), which provides direct access to the Gitschberg Jochtal ski resort. In the village, you’ll also find the ski school and ski hire, offering complete ski equipment and winter sports gear. You can hire tobogganing, bobsledding and hiking poles for free at the hotel. The winter hiking trails start right at your doorstep!

The Brixen South Tyrol Card is a benefit card that we offer free of charge to our guests. It includes:

• One free ride per day on the Jochtal and Gitschberg cable cars during the periods 14/05–10/07/2026 and 06/09–07/11/2026
• Free and unlimited use of all regional public transport in South Tyrol (buses, regional trains, and cable cars)
• A varied activity program for both adults and children (e.g. sunrise hikes, rafting experiences, e-bike tours, climbing for children)
• Free admission to various leisure and cultural attractions in the surrounding area
• One free ride per day on the Plose cable car during the periods 23/05–10/07/2026 and 06/09–01/11/2026

Our hotel is located in the heart of the ski and hiking region Rio Pusteria/Gitschberg Jochtal. You can go on walks and hikes directly from the hotel.

One parking space per room is available free of charge in our hotel’s underground car park.

Of course, we have several electric charging stations to charge your electric vehicle. We generate the electricity for our e-charging stations ourselves!

You are welcome to bring your four-legged friend with you. For reasons of hygiene, pets are not allowed in the restaurant, the spa areas or on the sunbathing lawn. Price: €29 per day no food included.

Our hotel is located at 1,300 m in Valles, a side valley of the Val Pusteria in the eastern half of South Tyrol. From the Brennero motorway – Bressanone/Val Pusteria exit – you can reach our hotel in just 15 minutes.

When you arrive by train, let the Hotel Masl shuttle service pick you up at the Franzensfeste/Fortezza train station and take you back there on the day of departure. The price is € 60.00 per trip. Are you arriving at a different train station? Then please contact our reception desk. Please book the train station shuttle service at the same time as your room.

Our two wellness areas, ‘Wellness and Spa Adults Only’ and ‘Family Spa’, are accessible to every guest. Enjoy complimentary access to indoor/outdoor pools, a whirlpool, children’s pool, saunas, sunbathing lawns, fitness and relaxation rooms. All spa treatments and therapies cost extra. We recommend booking your treatments in advance via email if you have preferred dates or times.

We have two separate wellness areas. The Adults Only area and fitness room are reserved for guests aged 14 and over. The whole family can relax in the Family Spa area with an indoor and outdoor pool, three textile saunas and many chill-out zones. We also offer our own wellness treatments and massages for children.

We’ve got something special just for our young guests – a dedicated kids’ menu. We prepare nutritious vegetable purées for babies. Please bring along all other baby food options. You can always warm them up here.

We are delighted to offer you free children’s or baby beds, baby monitors and kettles for your room, as well as high chairs in the dining area during your stay. On request, we can also provide baby strollers and backpack carriers (for a fee) at the hotel.

Our hotel has two children’s playrooms where the little ones can let off steam. We do not have dedicated child care or entertainment. But we do offer these on selected dates or during special promotional weeks.

The petting zoo and farm are right next to the hotel in Toni’s Outdoor Children’s World. There are goats, ponies, calves and cows. You are welcome to feed our small animals.
