Hungry on the Alpine pasture?
You definitely deserve a hearty snack on our own Alpine hut.
In summer, we take our guests up to our own Alpine hut on the Malga Fane once a week. A highlight not to be missed, this is where you can experience a piece of genuine South Tyrolean tradition.
After a leisurely hike, we invite you to try our original South Tyrolean marende. We serve up bacon, ‘Schüttelbrot’ bread, Alpine cheese, pickled side dishes and, of course, a glass of wine or two. And let’s not forget a shot of South Tyrolean Schnapps afterwards – after all, this is all part and parcel of a summer’s hike in our beautiful homeland!
