Look forward to special meat in Hotel Masl***s. We also use meat from our own breeding for the preparation of meals.
The meat from our breeding is especially tender: we only feed calves and cows with fresh mountain hay and genuine alpine hay. Strict controls during the rearing period of our animals and the highest quality during the slaughtering process guarantee for healthy meat and an excellent taste.
