Willy Wonka would be amazed! Well, unfortunately, the Masl doesn’t have a chocolate factory. But, fear not, we boast skilled pastry chefs and confectioners who are masters at creating the world’s finest apple strudel, South Tyrolean afternoon snacks, adorable little cakes and a variety of other delectable treats, all exclusively for your enjoyment. With a cup of freshly brewed coffee (not included in the package price), life couldn’t get any better.

Curtain up for our kitchen team! Take a seat in our magical restaurant spaces and surrender to the nightly enchantment of our five-course à la carte menus. Created by our kitchen artists in the open show kitchen. And, of course, featuring all the good taste of Italy. We equally adore South Tyrolean Alpine cuisine and Mediterranean recipes. That’s why we offer a different Tyrolean dish, an Italian speciality, a vegetarian main course and a vegan delicacy every single day. Fine desserts and carefully selected cheeses make dinner at the Masl perfect.
