Powder snow and winter sports: everything is possible

Valles is located at the bottom of the Zillertal Alps, and this area is one of the most reliable regions in South Tyrol when it comes to snow. Here you can enjoy almost all winter sports until late spring. The winter hiking paths start directly at the hotel. Skiing, alpine skiing and snowboarding are possible in the Gitschberg Jochtal ski resort, and the cross-country track starts in the village centre. The most renowned toboggan run is the one leading down from Malga Fane. If you are a ski tour fan you can discover the surrounding mountains or enjoy winter hiking, snow-shoe hiking or ice-skating directly in the village or starting from the village. By the way: we also organise outings on horse-drawn sleighs for children and romance lovers!
